a couple of months ago I was for Amazon Region and it was there I heard some fellow voice their total rejection of the Legislative Decree DL incostitucional 1090 [1 ]. It's been two months and never thought that chance conversation where a fleeting idea of \u200b\u200ba bloody outcome would end up being real. And is that from a while back that outcome was already written [ A ] Paradoxically
while countries in the world and public and private organizations in Peru celebrated the World Environment Day, an order came from above [ i], to unblock the road uncompromisingly located in Sector Curve the devil, "Bagua. Troops of the DINOES they did not know exactly what operation taken place, completely off guard as "cannon fodder" [ ii] would be responsible for running one of the most outrageous and unacceptable that the Peruvian government has been doing shift .

And sign the Rome Statute on 7 March 2000, confirming his signature on March 11, 2003. [Vii ]
The Peruvian government will strongly deny that the attack was by air, with snipers, who burned the bodies of the fallen building where the curfew has begun a hunt for Indians who participated in this historic event for humankind. Peru and Argentina are the only two Latin American countries who have not suffered the ravages of war have lost their oil. What is writing in the history of Peru is The Memory of a Plunder of Natural Resources at the expense of the death of its inhabitants. Amazonian Peoples have always been the most neglected by the Peruvian Government and the vast majority of the Peruvian population, which unfortunately with a very poor education offered by the State are the bias of thinking that the Andean Cordillera and the Amazon are second-class citizens, who are wild with arrows. The endormecimiento and dehumanization of the vast majority of Peruvians are channeled to support the hungry materialistic and destructive of the existing Government. The silence and indifference to acts against humanity are also complicit in the barbaric rulers of Peru. Consequences will be dire if we do not think now and unless we act with firmness and conviction against the low intentions the Government has in mind under the pretext of development.
What happened on 05 June in the city of Bagua is a historical fact that the responsibility not only to the Peruvians, but also to humanity, since the integrity of the Amazon is at stake. Bagua Martyrs icons will struggle from here on out, for them with his naked torso defended the right to breathe oxygen. Humanity owes a great debt to them. And a minister has resigned in response to what happened in Bagua. [Viii ]
