Again, the facts show the inability of government institutions. Those directly responsible should be punished. But this fact now known massively come to light several questions:
A) INC, what happened to Freedom not identify the attack on the same day that the structure was affected?
B) Is the Huaca Arco Iris / Dragon, with security personnel?
C) effectively monitors INC Liberty (read daily, weekly) archaeological structures "enhancement" (read "tourist)?
D) Does the money raised from entrance fee to the site mentioned, is not enough to recruit effective security?
E) Does the archaeological complex Tschudi (much larger) is also a victim of this kind of vandalism?
This has raised dust, but, gentlemen of the INC, the "exemplary sanctions" calling against those vandals is not the solution to the disastrous policies that you promote. The fact is being manipulated in a shameful and irresponsible as the finger goes to those individuals and unacceptable is that no one has taken responsibility INC. This has left me thinking, because I used to think that these damaged areas, were produced by the poor state of conservation and natural factors (rain, wind, weather). But NO!. INC. La Libertad has required that social networking sites disseminate, otherwise EVER! would have known the act of vandalism. Which means there is a possibility that at any time other "misfit" hang on social networks these facts.
INC Lords, please do your duty. They complain that the budget is minimal, then DEMAND that the total money raised by the right of entry to archaeological remains in the Regions. It is a shame that although the archeological heritage marketed YOU put you at risk. The INC is also responsible for these acts of vandalism. As the site mentioned does not have the minimum conditions of safety or for the visitor or the site itself. Your INABILITY at all levels is once again proven this fact. INC has gathered steam (and looks like a smoke screen) by this fact "But what happened to the Archaeological " Cerrito La Virgen de Huanchaco ?, Which has now become the quarry of building materials. What happened to the record CREEK ARCHAEOLOGICAL COMPLEX SANTO DOMINGO ? What happened INC fellow Freedom?
talk about bad education ... One thing I am sure the grandchildren of future generations will be ashamed of this country's institutional Barbarie called Peru. Shame of a country run by a strip of imbeciles that they are looking to sell to the highest bidder at the expense of lives and the natural and cultural memory.
