METHOD: For double elimination
mode of delivery: Singles: All matches will be played in the standard form of 2 sets of 6 games (games), with a tie break (7 points) to match in 6 games, with a set that consists of a super tie break (11 points). In semi final and final will be played main draw to the best of 3 sets standard with a 7-point tiebreaker at 6 games to match (games).
REGISTRATION: Until 24:00 pm the day September 4, 2010
DRAWING: September 5, 2010 17:00 pm
REQUIREMENTS: ASSOCIATE Club Be The Strongest in good standing.
VALUE OF REGISTRATION: Bs 80 (eighty 00/100 Dollars) amount to be paid before conducting the draw.

REGULATIONS: existing regulations will be applied to the ITF and FBT, the same participants must know and follow.
CLOTHING: According to the regulations.
AWARDS: The first, second and third place in each category.
